Just like the title says, it is unregistering after 30 minutes. It initially registers fine and everything works great. Then after 30 minutes it unregisters and this shows up in the log "Ext.3333: a contact is unregistered." This is happening on two different Yealinks from two different remote locations. Weird thing is from the same locations an SPA504G and the 3CX softphone both work fine. Any ideas?

Hi,

I suppose you can set easily a parameter in yealink defining the reregistration period. If you set the period to 1800 seconds or less, probably you will not get unregistered state. The problem is related to the default period of 1800 seconds (30 minutes) in which the registration expires in 3CX, which is obviously neglected by the yealink. Most of the SIP clients have default period of 3600 seconds. If this is the case your yealink should register in another 30 minutes again.

Check also 'SIPPINGPERIOD' and 'EXPIRATIONGRACEPERIOD' parameters (http://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/3cx-phone-system-parameters-table/) which could be related to the problem in some situations.

Regards

I dropped the Subscribe Period from 1800 seconds to 600 seconds. Seems to have done the trick. Thanks.
