Yealink T23G "Make Call"

    Hi all,

    Wondering if any of you have encountered this happening on the T23G phones.

    We have them locally provisioned in CTI mode but when using the softphone app to dial it is coming up as "Make Call".
    All the phones are set to In Office.

    As you can imagine this is far from ideal and puts our users on Hold whilst connecting the call.
    Cant see anywhere in the template to change this to the same functionality as the T22.

    If anyone has a solution it would be much appreciated!
