Voip provider is NEXVORTEX, which, is registered and able to send and recvieve phone calls. PBX is 3CX V10 witch I have 41 extensions registered. Some can make outbound phone calls and some cannot. All parameters seem to be configured correctly.
For example on the same phone I have 2 accounts setup. Line 1 can recieve calls, but, not make outgoing. Line 2 with all the same parameters can make and recieve calls. Line 1 get a forbidden message displayed and closes the call.

    Read out is as follows:

Any ideas? Really appreciate the help.

Also, I had to uninstall at one point IIS and upon reinstall my Hotel Module, Softphone, and Voicemail never worked again. Must have something to do with port 5000 binding in IIS but I can not edit the Port under the binding it just states *4515 in the binding field and blank in all the other fields, any ideas?

You've X'd out quite a bit so it's hard to get an idea what is being called.

I question the "anonymous" part. Where does that come from? Do you see that on calls from the other line?

    the key line is this...

Compare the INVITE on a working and non-working call.

Thanks for the response. I only X'ed out a 10 digit phone#. Still havnt been able to figure out why some lines randomly can make a call outbound and recieve while, some only take calls and cant do anything outbound.
This is a print out of a line on the same phone, line 2 (can make calls externally) the previous print out was of line 1

Are you putting in the words "anonymous", or is that what is actually in the log? That is a bit of a worry.

Can you provide the scenario on the below? In other words, describe the call sequence of events:

    1. call comes into x from extension y
2, extension y is not there, so call is forwarded to .......

This would help underastand the flow.

nexVortex is a SIP trunking agent and I am a little confused with how the Patton 4940 (PRI device) enters into the picture -
"There are no available outbound lines on gateway Nesva Smartnode 4940 at this time"
