Yealink T38 not displaying long caller ID names / Numbers

    We had an issue where Yealink T38 not displaying long caller ID names / Numbers
    It turned out that in global options, we had enabled both "prepend name to caller ID" on inbound name to caller ID and also Resolve caller ID to phone book entry

    The issue was that the yealink T38 couldnt fit all this data on its screen, so only displayed the inbound number

    Would it be possible to see if the Yealink T38's can scroll the data on the screen, or have some way of informing us that there is too much data to display on the screen?
