Yealink T38G Issue

    I have a Yealink T38G that is currently having the following problem. The phone is in a ring group with another phone and this one is set up as the remote extension. The phones have been properly registered and the remote phone has been set to STUN server. When the phones are left unanswered the call is supposed to be forwarded to the non-remote phone's voicemail. After the main phone does not answer, the remote phone continues to ring for 3 minutes. I have yet to try a prioritized hunt ring strategy but I believe that ring strategies is not the issue. Could my problem be how one of the extensions is set up or is it a problem with the firmware? The current firmware of the phone 38.0.0.115.

    Use the public IP of the 3cx system as opposed to STUN, if you are using 3cx v11. and assure that is the latest firmware update.
