    Hi itgs,

You can find the supported firmware on management console. Click on Phone tab then select your phone and next click on firmware to download the new firmware to your phones. You can find more information on this link https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/yealink-t32g-t38g-t42g-t46g/
Also, you can download the latest firmware from your server.
You can find the firmware at below locations:
    For windows:
    C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning\%provisioning_folder%\firmware_new
    For linux:
    /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Http/Interface/provisioning/%RandomFolder%/firmware_new/
You can get it from there and update your phones

    Thank you !

I downloaded directly from server and uploaded manually on phones.
I don't know why, but using 3CX web console, firmware was not uploaded to phone.
