Solved Yealink T40G support

    Hi,

    We are testing a Yealink T40G. The phone appears in the Supported IP Phones list, but there is no provisioning Template for this model in 3CX. We copied/modified the yealinkT4x template so it includes now a reference to the T40G model.
    2 problems :
    1/ the BLF config set on the extension does not work. We have to manually configure these settings on the phone web interface.
    2/ the newest firmware 76.82.0.20 (available on Yealink website) is not supported. We had to downgrade to 76.81.0.110

    Any help, please ? We'd like at least to make sure the provisioning template is OK.

    Hello @next2,

    There is a template available for the Yealink T40G in the latest version of the PBX 15.5.3849.1

    We updated to the newest version and applied the new template. BLF config is now OK.
