We recently upgraded our Yealink phones to 29.80.0.110 and the BLF light now always stays green even when a call is parked. We are using 3cx V 14 SP3

Update: I am starting to think this is something with 3cx, because I am being told the issue started before the firmware update rollout and I have a T46 V28.80.0.95 that does the same thing.

Sounds like your 3cx reverted to the pbx/free edition. check and make sure the license is activated.

License was activated. A reboot of the phones resolved the issue. Some Windows updates were installed previously on the server. It appears that rebooting the phone server after update somehow initially caused the issue.

We didn't have this problem until we updated our T46G's to 29.80.0.110. Now if the 3CX server is rebooted, or of the connection between the server and the phone goes down for a period of time, none of the BLF lights will work on our T46Gs unless we reboot them. This used to not be an issue.

I wonder if 29.80.0.130 works with 3CX v 14? I see a thread on Yealink's forum that indicates it corrects the issue. http://forum.yealink.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=32821
