Yealink T42G Not accessible after provisioning

    When I first power up my Yealink T42G phone I can access it via the web interface. After it provisions with 3CX V12, the user name 'admin' and password 'admin' are incorrect. I tried using the password in the 3CX - 'edit extension' - 'general settings' - 'authentication' - 'password' field' which is also incorrect. I'm not sure which is incorrect (user or password) although I guess it's the password.
    If I factory default the phone, it again is accessible via the web interface until it is reprovisioned. Any help will be appreciated!!
