Solved Yealink T42S will not provision

    I have a fresh install of 3CX on the cloud
    Softphones work fine
    I'm trying to provision T42S but its not working
    I tried both the latest official and also the latest Beta version (since the release notes say the provision should be much better there)

    The problem (I think) is that I can't access https://XXXX.3cx.us:5001/provisioning/XXXXXXXXXXX/MAC.cfg

    I have no problem to access the admin interface using https://XXXX.3cx.us:5001/ so I don't think its a firewall issue

    Even Log shows

    3CX Phone System Management Console ID: XXXXX
    RPS request for Yealink T42S IP Phone of XXXX XXXXXX (XXXX) delivered successfully

    Any ideas ?

    Hello @Flash99

    Make sure that the MAC address of the phone has been correctly copied into the management console and no spaces are present.
    When you try to download the cfg file you do replace the MAC with the actual mac address of the phone correct?
    What error do you get? Since you can not download the cfg manually then the phone will probably not be able to do so.
    What firmware is the phone running?

    Yes I'm replacing the MAC :)
    I managed to fix it, in the end it was our firewall after all
