yealink t46g phones paging has no volume

    we have been using our system for 3 weeks with multicast paging working fine, as of 3 days ago no audio is passed to sets during pages, although alert tone is heard , not sure where to look, any suggestions appreciated

    reboot your router and see if it makes a difference, I have seen posts in the past where the router will start blocking the traffic because the multicast ip range is in a different IP range.
