Yealink T46S EHS36 hangoff problem

    Dear Members,

    i have a problem with T46S EH36 and Jabra Pro 9400series.
    The customer can accept the incoming calls with Jabra Headset but hangoff isn't possible. Customer must hangoff with call button on the phone.

    T46S
    Firmware Version 66.82.0.20
    Hardware Version 66.0.0.128.0.0.0

    EHS36:
    Hardware Version 48.16.0.0
    Firmware Version 4.16.0.0

    3CX: V15.5 Pro

    Jabra: 9400 pro Series


    what could be the cause of my problems?

    Hello @Tifoso

    This has already been discussed in a previous thread found here. It is a known issue with the Yealink firmware and Yealink is working on a fix

    I made the Update but I have still the problem:

    Yealink T46S
    - Firmware Version 66.82.0.30
    - Hardware Version 66.0.0.128.0.0.0
    - EHS Hardware Version 48.16.0.0
    - EHS Firmware Version 4.16.0.0

    Do you have a other solution?

    As stated in the mentioned thread 3CX does test this aspect of the firmware provided by Yealink. For further assistance it is better to contact Yealink through their forums.
