Hello, I've recently purchased a Yealink USB-P11B handset to use with the 3CX softphone. The audio works fine through USB but the dial-pad doesn't control the soft dial-pad of the softphone. I am using windows 7 home premium. I thought this was entirely a hardware issue but after some internet sleuthery I've found that similar problems were associated with Skype before a recent update but that now the handset works fine. Please help, I recommend 3CX to all my customers.
