Yealink W52 can place but not receive calls

    Hi All,
    I auto provisioned the Yealink W52 and can place a call and it work. However if i try to dial the extension of that phone, it goes straight to voicemail. I checked logs and see this:

    11/14/2017 7:11:43 PM - Call to T:Extn:301@[Dev:sip:301@x.x.x.x:62605] from L:87.1[Extn:201] failed, cause: Cause: 480 Temporarily not available/INVITE from x.x.x.x:62605

    11/14/2017 7:11:43 PM - [CM503003]: Call(C:87): Call to <sip:301@xxx.3cx.us:5060> has failed; Cause: 480 Temporarily not available/INVITE from x.x.x.x:62605

    any ideas where to start for troubleshooting?

    It sounds as if it is not registering properly. Check the 3CX Activity Log after powering the set, and see if the IP and port, that the set wants to be contacted at, seems correct. Is the set local or remote? If remote, what is it sitting behind?
