    I have been having a little bit of an issue lately in my office. Random phones will pickup an incoming call with the speaker phone and the client will be on the line without an employee answering. Its a little random and I am now starting to collect data to establish a reason this is happening. Located below is the only time it happened today.

    I am going to continue taking data so that I can see what is happening. I did search the forums but didn't find a topic on the issue. The 636 671 7146 # is the one that was picked up with speaker phone without anyone touching it.

    The phone that is randomly auto-answering, do you have a 3CXPhone for Windows in CTI mode on the same extension?

    I had something similar to that occur a while back. User A and B are in the same ring group. User A is on a call. When another call comes in and user A tries to answer it, user B's phone picks the call up on speakerphone. I never did find a solution to this problem and it could still be an issue.
