Zendesk Plugin

    Hey,

    We are playing with the Zendesk plugin and it is working great however we want to change the way it works slightly:

    Currently a Zendesk ticket is created when the call is finished - we want to edit it so that the ticket is created when the call is started instead - has anyone had any experience of editing the Zendesk plugin/any advice on how we might go about doing this?
