Zero out option

    Hello,

    Does 3CX have a "zero out" option?

    Caller hits a "0" when listening to someone's voicemail message and the call will be forwarded to the "Operator".

    "record your message or press pound or press * to contact the operator".

    There you have it.

    btw pressing "0" while you are getting the above message will take you to the operator.
