    WE NO LONGER USE 3CX DUE TO LACK OF INTEGRATION

    Now that ZOHO CRM has become a viable option as a serious CRM system can we get a Phone dialler that integrates with 3CX soon?
    Please vote to get this project into development.

    Hello,

    We also have a couple of clients that are interested in this solution. It would allow us to make a couple more 3CX PBX sales.

    Does 3CX have any plans for this ?

    Its relatively easy to do this yourself with some basic programming knowledge - See the API here: http://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/3cxphone-for-windows-api/

    You could also ask ZOHO to do it if you are a good reseller of theirs. We can't really support all the CRM systems out there, there are so many. So we can not give a date for ZOHO at this stage, though clearly as we receive more requests it will become more likely..

    I also got some requests for this integration, ZOHO is a very popular CRM in the US

    The more the merrier... Zoho is on the rise. We have a few customers that we switched to zoho over gapps..

    The new Chrome Extension Click 2 Call looked like it was gonna fulfill this requirement, but having installed it, it breaks ZOHO CRM. Sad as it's works very well on most web pages.

    We also have many clients interested in a full ZOHO CRM integration with 3CX with the ability to track in&out calls.

    Perhaps this is something that would be easier to do now that the Web client is available in Beta ?

    Is it possible to know what 3CX intends to do regarding ZoHo which has more interest for our client than SalesForce ?

    yes we are in talks with Zoho and we have the API so this will be added at some point. Difficult to give exact time frame, could be a few months but dont hold me to that.

    We also need to do this integration with Zohodesk. I thought 3CX is now same with Elastix and Zoho has this as one of the partners they integrate with.

    We are planning this yes. But we will make it server side directly. If you are interested I will send you a build to test this new plugin.

    Thanks Nick! I am definitely interested, our RingCentral contract is up in August, already got SIP trunk contracts ready to go. The only piece we were a little saddened by was that integration not being there. 3cx system is awesome btw, my first time deploying.
