Marketing Administrator, Part-Time (Nicosia, Cyprus)

A new position has opened at 3CX and we are looking for a Marketing Administrator. Are you organised and efficient and have experience in administration and/or marketing? Then you may be the perfect candidate for the job.

About the 3CX team

The successful candidate will be a member of 3CX’s global marketing team and will assist in ensuring that the operation of the department runs smoothly by conducting administrative tasks. 3CX has a global customer base of 50,000 businesses as well as 10,000 global channel partners.

About the job:

  • Help with the upkeep of all 3CX websites
  • Assist with SEO tasks when required
  • Perform research required for marketing activities
  • Sending mass e-mails
  • Proofread blog posts, case studies, etc.
  • General administrative duties within the Marketing Department

About the applicant:

  • An excellent command of English; both verbal and written communication skills
  • Good eye for detail
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Effective time management skills
  • Good judgement in prioritizing work projects and activities
  • Any previous experience in WordPress will be considered an advantage
