Although 3CX recommends buying and obtaining support via a 3CX Partner, we do provide support packages available for customers that can not find a 3CX Partner in their area. Support is available via a ticket system and phone and is targeted towards a designated IT admin contact. It does not include support for users of the phone system – networking knowledge is required. It pertains to supported hardware and services only. Review the support procedure before buying!
