Ascendview Monitoring Solutions
Ascendview provides service providers, system integrators, and enterprises with real time monitoring solutions to ensure reliability of mission and business critical systems. With our product WildMetrix you can monitor the status, performance, availability, and events of 3CX Phone System in an easy to deploy solution pack. WildMetrix has a larger library of solution packs and a simple to extend framework for unified monitoring of the entire technology stack.
Acarda Outbound Call Center
Acarda Outbound is an outbound call center which makes telemarketing and appointment-setting activities efficient and productive. Calling lists are imported to campaigns and teams are assigned a campaign to work on. Agents, who are part of teams, are sent one dial record at a time which is displayed while being dialed via the selected dialing device such as 3CX Phone System. Agents can read from a script window and make notes on the outcome of the call. Requested call backs are automatically placed back in the queue and directed to the same agent again, at the pre-set time. Managers and team leaders can view progress reports and statistics to monitor agent performance.
Deerfield.com develops an add on for 3CX that integrates their VisNetic MailFlow with 3CX Phone System. Visnetic Mailflow is an affordable email management and email customer service software, that allows you to distribute, process, and track messages sent to generic email inboxes such as sales@, support@, and info@. It also allows you to access the entire email history of any customer and leverage a standard response library. With the Deerfield Add on for Visnetic, a pop up window with the customer email history appears when an inbound call is received, displaying the contact record of the caller and email history.
