    The log shows the call ending immediately: 05/23/2019 11:52:20 AM PBX EndCall Not Answered In the call report it shows the reason as Caller forbidden.

    OK thanks. I am not sure why it did not automatically update as we set it to do so. Also both updates were showing as beta and not release versions and so did not update automatically. Any reason why they did not update to the release versions?
