3CX – The Company
3CX was founded in 2005 by entrepreneur Nick Galea. The reason behind founding 3CX was the experience Nick had with telco providers in his previous companies. Nick was always shocked by the amount spent on telecommunications solutions and technicians to support them.
A vision was born. He set out to create his own phone system which would be easy to use and eliminate the need for external contractors as well as easy on the wallet and he called it 3CX.
3CX has come along way since then and is no longer just a phone system. It offers complete communications features such as web conferencing, smartphone apps, status, chat, call center features and much more. It caters to any business size and industry and has some renowned clients such as the NHS, Air France, Pepsi, PWC, Holiday Inn and more.
With a strong global presence including fifteen offices worldwide including the US, the UK, Germany, France, Japan, Russia, South Africa, Australia, Hong Kong and more, as well as fully localized websites available in German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Dutch, and many other languages, 3CX is able to accommodate companies’ telecommunications needs all over the globe.
