    Appreciate the support, to those who contributed. Thank you for your time. Installed SBC on a server and boom, we are up and running. I have never had the need for a SBC until now. Will keep this trick in my tool belt. Thanks again for your time and troubleshooting.

    Hi John, looking at the guide again it does state: “Server Host”: Enter “Registrar Hostname or IP” with no mention of not using the FQDN. This is under step 4. Thanks for looking into this!

    Hi there. I tried this as well. I believe it's not the supported way, but you are correct there is an option for it and I have tried it with no luck.
