    Hi this is possible, however you still need to click on Extension Options and then select on "Options". What I am looking for is an automated way to record calls without user intervention

  2. Enable Call recording during Extn creation

    If you create a template you will still need to manually select the import options checkbox which if not selected the extension will not be recorded. Is there a fully automated way without any manual intervention which will be susceptible to human error? maybe an API or some other configuration?
