    Thanks Theo, Just to clarify, when the next stable release is published and installed, it will not keep installing pre-release versions, and the client will stay on the stable release (unless someone manually triggers a beta install)?

    HI Theo, Whilst they did manually perform these updates last week, that's not to say they initiated the initial update to the pre-release versions. That's not been ascertained from the logs. Is there a way to roll-back to the last stable release?

    Thanks again, A brief background. Last week, it was identified that the client was running an old Alpha version. They thought that by updating the system manually, this would get it to the most recent stable release. That isnt the case (although they are now running the latest pre-release! ;))...

    Thanks for the prompt response Theodoros, No - it is not a trial licence. Without providing specific licence details, I can tell you it is an annually renewed Enterprise licence with 32 channels.
