    3cx provisioned using 3cx template, no modifications, all was working fine on Friday. Firmware update, via 3cx, on Saturday.

    Yes, that is the version. T56A's are all on 58.86.0.20. The 3CX is 16.0.8.9 I have 2 phones where the input is not being received by the voicemail and 2 that are working as expected. Any ideas?

    A user can dial out fine, but when attempting to use access Vmail, no input is acknowledged by 3cx (v16). Recently (over the weekend) upgraded the phone firmware to latest. These are internal calls on the local network where the 3cx is hosted. I'm off-site now so can't test other phones. but...

    One phone is showing up as "new" (it isn't) but the log files show that 3cx can't create the ROM files for it, nor can it write the Directory.xml file. This is nuts this thing worked yesterday not the "update" has it f*ck to a fair-thee-well.

    On reboot a few extensions are registered correctly, but then then are "unregistered" 16.0.8.9 - Locally hosted on debian. All worked well for months, now no phones will register. Can call in and all calls are sent to VM. Where to look?
