  2. Shut off reminders on Connectwise activities?

    We're trying to get some form of automated time-logging turned on for our service desk, and since 3CX can't create a ticket we're looking at using activities to track this. However, since the integration is an 'on for everyone' I'm also wanting to shut off the default reminders on activities...
