  1. Remote SIP Phone getting Phantom Calls

    I have a user having the exact same issue. No logs recorded for any of these calls. They have a GXP 1450. If anyone comes up with an answer please share. Thanks.

  2. Out of office hours issue

    Upgraded to Service Pack 2 and now the Out of office hours no longer work. It is set to go to the Digital Receptionist after hours but it no longer does. I didn't have any problems on version 11 SP1. Anyone know what the deal is?
