    Sorry for my delay @JohnS_3CX. I had to wait for the system to be not in use. SBC is up to date, and phone firmware is up to date. Restarted phone and will not show up on PnP/Phones list. I also have another phone there we are doing, and it is also not showing.

    Thanks @JohnS_3CX. SBC is up and running The network should allow multicast, we provisioned the phones last time via PnP (new out of box) Devices are not in IP Blacklist Devices are on same LAN as SBC (10.0.3.0/24) Factory reset two phones and not showing in Phones
