    It was provisioned behind a Windows 11 SBC. The wireless is always within 15 feet of the base, and it's the only handset paired with the base. I'll reach out to Yealink.

    Yes it is. Provisioning it's fine it looks like. I'm convinced it's not routing the call from the button press correctly once it hits 3cx.
