    There's nothing to popup until the lead is created. You would need to modify the template to autocreate the lead to have it popup.

    DID format in Telnyx/SIP Trunk/Inbound tab. Set to "+E164" for both fields, not just "E164" or national. Then make sure E164 is used in 3CX. Also check codecs match.

    Use the template for the T87, it should work (same series.) And BLFs are by-design ready to pick up calls when they flash red (ext is ringing.) User must have pickup right for his department.

    Exact same issue as me. Models are allowed and there are plenty of credits. It just fails for some reason (setup is configured for realtime-2 and gpt-5.6-luna for chat). Internal or external, neither work.

    Even internal calls. It just plays MoH when calling from internal, it's trying to send the call back to me somehow, but none of the config tells it to do that. SIP trunk is locked to PCMU ever since the first AI agents.

    Getting this error when calling a DID linked to an AI agent (receptionist.) U10, standard prompt, no KBs. It just fails and reverts back to the normal IVR (my fallback destination.) Yes, models are authorized in OpenAI.

    4SC Basic license does not include the 3CX SMTP. You need to setup your own.
