    HI, so i'm sure i have something wrong but, i have ext 10015 that should ring out on ddi 269 Any other ext should use the default 140 For some reason the system is only acknowledging the 1st rule and ignores the 2nd? if i swap them around then only the number assigned to the 1sdt rule works...

    You used the 3cx iso yes? Also you need the FQDN to be routed internally too. So if you ping domain.3cx.com internally you should get a local ip not external. Does the firewall pass?

    Was this hosted on 3cx? Did the licence expire? If so then I believe your instance was removed and as such you will need to fire up a new system and restore from backup.
