    I've tried both. It failed when deploying through 3CX, so I factory reset a unit and tried to upgrade via the phone UI. All I get is 'Update failed!'

    Hello JohnS, many thanks for your reply. I've downloaded the latest 3CX firmware file for the V64 (v64_2.12.21.32.z), but it's still failing on the v2 units. Is another update due to fix this? Thanks, Jon

    My business uses Fanvil V64 IP phones, which work very well. The latest batch of phones I've been supplied with are V64 v2 units. These units don't allow me to apply the 3CX firmware to them - every time I try to& update them, the update fails. Any suggestions as to how I can fix this?
