    @GregG_3CX That guide says to Upgrade the version through the "Updates" option. There is no option too in the Updates menu.

    The old system is Version 18.0 Update 9. I have a new system on version 20 with the new license. Was that what I was supposed to do? The Version 18 wouldn't take the new License Key

    We have recently had to buy a new 3CX license and get updated to the new system. We have been told that we could take a backup of the old system. Update and then import the backup. I can't see an import putting in the new version of 3CX, can you confirm how I can import this 3CX back?
