    Yes but i have a lot of customer that are old and not confident with computer, and i know there will be some who will put a wrong password, i can't just tell them to wait if the blacklist last few hours, but if it's only 15 min it can be ok

    Yes but if i have a user who try to connect to the webclient with the wrong password, he can be blacklisted and if he's blacklisted then the phone will not work or it is still working ?

    I know but i can't ask support to unblacklist the IP ? The IP are blacklisted only 15 minutes ? even if the ip is blacklisted multiple time ?

    Hello, how can I remove a blacklisted IP Address with an hosted 3CX ? Do i have to pay a 75$ ticket to ask support to remove an IP everytime i have an IP blacklisted ?
