    No, I got a popup with a wrong (misleading) url in the first place. After changing the url in the XML I got no pop-up but the call was still logged correctly.

    Thanks. Will try that. However, shouldn't the integration still bring up the contact when call comes in? I mean, it still logs the call, but doesn't execute the contactUrl in the browser.
