    Hi I have setup 3CX with an orbtalk sip trunk. I can receive inbound call but when I make an outboud call I get the message 'call forbidden by administrator'. When I look in the call log I see the error 'Route disabled' Where am I going wrong? I have checked that the outbound calls are...
