    The version is 18.10.461, 18.11.1213, each downloaded update msi is also marked.

    Hi Team, I've just installed SentinelOne and more then 100 devices 3CX have been marked as malware, exclusions do not help much as the downloaded packages, msi and update packages are also marked. Any help or advise would be welcome, can this be escalated on level vendor to vendor?
