  1. H.264 V20

    Is there anyway to allow H.264 video codec in V20 or any plans to bring it back? We used to have video intercoms call a ring group, and the video showed up on Fanvil X6U handsets. This works on systems that were upgraded from V18 to V20; however, any clean/new installs of V20, do not allow video.

  2. BLF buttons are not updating

    I have a number of clients that have found BLFs are not updating on Fanvil handsets (X3U, X4U-v2, X6U, X210, V62G). Even after reprovisioning the phone and power cycling the phone, the BLFs are not updating to reflect the user within 3CX. We factory reset a couple of these but now they do not...

  3. BLF on Hotdesk IP Phone

    We would like to add some BLF keys to our Fanvil Before the user has logged in. We can do this manually on each handset but looking for a way to do this from 3CX. We mainly would like to add some login shortcut keys for certain members of staff. Thanks in advance
