  1. Auto attendant only accepting redirects via *?

    Hi, I have an issue with one of our clients where the auto attendant isn't redirecting to where it should be or how it should be. Within menu options, if there is no DTMF input it should redirect to a number, but instead, it will only successfully connect once the caller presses the star key...
