  1. Solved Current SBC on Raspberry Pi3 model B+

Sorry, I forgot to provide an update. I changed the handset cord on the real problem phone (without the user knowing) and they haven't complained since, therefore I think the cords are the actual problem and I'm going to order some replacements.
  2. Solved Current SBC on Raspberry Pi3 model B+

Thank you, safely downloaded, I'll try them if the cable swapping hasn't worked!
  3. Solved Current SBC on Raspberry Pi3 model B+

Sorry, yes, I meant Fanvil (I was thinking in my mind that I'd never previously had this problem with Yealinks lol!). I think it would be the x6_2.4.11.z and x6_2.4.10.z, please, as the current one installed is 2.4.12
  4. Solved Current SBC on Raspberry Pi3 model B+

Yealink X6 V1.2 Although I've just had another thought, I wonder if it might be more basic and be the handset cords as the ones that are really playing up are the most used... I'll try swapping some cables around.
  5. Solved Current SBC on Raspberry Pi3 model B+

Right, I think I've narrowed this down - its only when we use the handset on the phones that we have the issue, using the speakerphone on the Yealink's and the mobile client it's fine. Thinking back it may have really started to play up when I upgraded the firmware to the latest release...
  6. Solved Current SBC on Raspberry Pi3 model B+

The switch is a Linksys LGS108P and only has the four phones and SBC plugged into it, and then it's plugged into the router (Draytek 2860ac).
  7. Solved Current SBC on Raspberry Pi3 model B+

I did see your reply, but this thread was for a general question of whether the upgrade would be worth doing anyway (ie at what point do you move on from older spec'd hardware). We have no bridges and we don't use the web client or STUN, I'll have to see if I can find time to try them. I can't...
  8. Solved Current SBC on Raspberry Pi3 model B+

We've been having a few issues with both internal calls and external calls since the recent updates (occasional very low volume, garbled speech etc) and I've just realised that our SBC is a Pi3 model B+ and not a Pi4, we've been using it for a few years and it's been rock solid. Before doing...
  9. Solved Calls over SBC are poor and choppy and unusable

We've been having a few issues the past couple of weeks with calls randomly going very low volume and we are using a SBC. I've fully updated everything, rebooted etc etc and its still the same.
  10. Very low audio

Just realised that I should report back on this. The issue seems to have cleared itself after updating and rebooting of the SBC.
  11. Very low audio

3CX Version, Professional Perpetual 18.0 (Build 1880) Server OS, Debian 10 Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? 12. After latest update Fanvil X5S periodically flashes Upgrade Finished!

We have the same issue with our X6's, hopefully there will be a fixed firmware update soon?
  13. dongle

As leejor has said, you would setup the 3G dongle on your computer/laptop to give it internet access then install the 3CX Windows Softphone etc You can't connect the dongle itself to 3CX, it will only give your computer/laptop internet access, over which the 3CX Windows Softphone will run. You...
  14. No sound between two remote phones

You also need to forward the RTP ports as these carry the audio. Also, and to make it easier for you diagnose issues going forward, have you thought about using a different SIP port for each phone?
  15. 1&1 cloud server: Is it save to do OS upgrade?

I was the same about 1&1 when I went to upgrade. I didn't use the ISO, I just used the commands given in the Debian installation guide to download and install 3CX. I did set up the firewall rules for the VCS in the 1&1 control panel before I started the installation.
