    Hi 3CX, Our customer would like to request increase group chat maximum participant. Current maximum extension can add into group chat is 200. They ask is it able to increase more participants in group chats. Hopefully to get your feedback on this.

    Hi all, Would like to know how do I change IP Phone SIP Server Transport to TCP permenantly in 3cx template. I could not find the way to change the transport in 3cx template, anyone can help on this ? IP Phone model is Yealink T31P Attachment are the setting and template i selected in 3CX.

  6. Chat group rename and sync to all member

    Hi all, Would like to request that can chat group’s admin allowed to rename the group name and sync to all members who inside the group? Currently if the chat group admin rename the group name will not sync to members inside the group even remove and add in back the particular. Thank you

  7. Custom date range for status temporarily

    Hi, In the Web client there is a "Set Status Temporarily" option , can you add the option to select the date range as well? I had a client request this , they would like to able to set the date range. Thanks
