    Yes, the idea is that this one handset can receive and make calls via all 4 extensions. So that just means ticking the top line across both sections

    Yes, we currently only have the one handset at the moment. Attached is the requested screenshot. If I tick 1,2,3,4 on the top line then it works for outbound calls but it doesn’t make sense. This has always looked like this since we first set up the device, so has something changed?
