    We are currently hosted in the 3CX cloud - We are looking to block the direct dialing of extensions when at the digital receptionists menu\IVR. I see people are doing this with the custom parameters tab however we do not have the feature. Has anyone found a way to accomplish this? Thank you

    Currently our numbers in Connectwise Manage are stored as (xxx) xxx-xxxx - 3CX is looking for an exact match on company\contact. Does anyone have an inbound regular expression to covert to this format from E164?
