    Shared Line Appearance. When a virtual extension on the FXO gateway is in use, I want that to be seen on all of my GXP2000's on the custom BLF lines.

    Phones: GXP 2000's FXO Gateway: Patton 4114 Trunks: virtual extension numbers: 10002,10003,10004,10005 PS: I did set up a ring group "all" to ring all incoming calls on every phone, but I'd like to pick them up wherever, when I place the call on hold.

    Hello All, I've searched and searched the forums, but can't seem to find and answer. Is there a way to monitor PTSN lines on my GXP2000's BLF lines? I want to be able to pick up those lines from any phone, as we are a large office with a small staff. I'm using v10.0.24018.2322
