    On our system, transcription has stopped on recordings as of today. We're on the AI Edition 16 SC and using 3CX Transcription Service (Cloud). Based on this message, it sounds like it's expected for this to have stopped working? If so, could you send us a link to where this change was announced...

    Has this been updated for U9? I'm following the setup guide and on step 5 for creating the trunk, it points us to download the trunk here https://downloads-global.3cx.com/downloads/misc/whatsapp/whatsapp.pv.xml, but we get 404 error, so wondering if the link needs updating to where the new file is
