    Hi John, Sorry for the delay, I was out of the office. I can confirm you have the correct setup for the timeline. I have the same setup on my end. From the 3CX webpage and PBX, I have the good time, it's only on the Fanvil that it's not working properly.. Thanks!

    Were you able to find a solution, or I have to change all the phones manually? As soon as I change the location, it works fine..

    I'm in New-Brunswick, so I should be one hour late than Quebec, but currently having the same time, even if the Time Zone is setup for Halifax.

    Thanks for your reply! Sadly all the phones are on the latest firmware (2.4.11), v18 of 3CX, hosted by 3CX, but I don't seem to have any option to change/check templates....

I've just deployed 20 Fanvil X7c (still needs to deploy 15), and none of the phones have a good time on it (1 hour off), even if it's properly setup on the Hosted by 3CX( Halifax time zone). All phones are provisionned by STUN. I've tried to change the config via the web page but...
