    In the users PWA app it shows he is available. however, I cannot see the users presence in my app. The user also, has a physical phone that is connect and shows as available. In the admin console it shows the user is available.

    I have one user I moved to another PC and installed the PWA App. I added our 3cx server to allowed in Chrome and Edge. However, I still cannot see the extension in my PWA app.

    I want to be able to connect presence settings for both Teams and 3cx. Meaning if they are using the phone in 3cx it says busy in Teams and when they are in a meeting in Teams it says busy in 3cx. Do I have to do direct routing?

    So..... I don't have the brick issue.. Phone is on Current Correct firmware and registered - Yes getting upgraded took some time - remote phone but it is installed - only in the last week does it now show up as: Not Supported 96.86.0.23 in red causing my dashboard to show an Alert for Phones...
