    Appreciate your help! we’ll go ahead and test one of the SIP trunk providers listed on 3CX partner page. It’s a good way for us to get hands-on experience and better understand how the system behaves in a real setup.

    Thank you for your response. That’s actually what’s confusing me — I initially tried to register for the trial version, but the system automatically redirected me to the SMB setup instead. I’m not sure if I missed a step or if the trial link now defaults to the SMB plan.
